●Character:

○Special designed casting head; rotary vale three-level cylinders—gas flush and cleaning control as the upper cylinder, refluence control as the middle one and casting control as the bottom one. This kind of structure makes sure that the charging hole bore and cleaning bore will never be jammed. There is discharging adjuster to adjust with limit and refluence adjusting valve to adjust without limit for unifying the whole process of casting and mixing. Finally it assures the quality of products.

○Procedures of casting, cleaning and gas flush are controlled by HN-60 computer programming controller. Temperature, pressure and rotate speed are digital displayed.

○The touching position between machine head and B,C stock is specially dealed steel. Adopt anti-reversing device for high speed mixing, avoid material pouring.

○Anti acid material can with interlayer of heating and cooling; there is a tube type electric heater in inner layer and polyurethane foam in outer layer for heat preservation to assure the quality of material and stabilize the temperature.
